iSPECT did a pre-purchase building and pest inspection for a property we put an offer on. The service was quick and easy to book and we had the comprehensive report within 5 days of making the booking. They liased with the realtor/home owner for inspection and it was very low hassle on our end. Would have liked the pest inspection to use thermal detection rather than moisture and visual only, but they say their process in the report. I appreciated the photos taken of future problem areas. We highly recommend the iSPECT Building inspectors for the construction stage inspections. We recently built a house at Southern River area in Western Australia. They were all incredibly cooperative during the process; they ensured punctuality and kept their promises when assuring us that they would dedicate their time, outside of working hours to check our roof and brick work. They were able to communicate efficiently, was responsive and were flexible. Our inspector Phil was very knowledgeable, punctual and gave us valuable advice.

This is my 3rd time using iSPECT. They are very professional. It's easy to book online and they contacted the agents to arrange all the rest. The inspection report is clear to understand, it would be perfect if the photos were taken brighter.

Timing, inspection details, communication details , cost of the full inspection are all very good and staff from office are very helpful while communicating with customers.
